Ladies bare with me, as while I am typing this, I am getting very emotional!
I remember the exact day that I made the decision to help Emily! It was August 14, 2014! I got a phone call from my husband that he needs to fly to Chicago, because daughter(Emily) is in the hospital…
My curiosity got the best of me or maybe just being a basic human being got the best of me, but I asked if she was okay and if I should go with him.
The look this man, my husband, gave me was in terror and fear! I had never seen his face so pale. Mind you wives out there, husbands don’t like to show emotions very often, as most of us know. So in the moment of his fear I became anxious.
That’s when he balled his fists, tears started to roll down his plump cheeks and told me, “Emily just had a baby!”
Okay moms, I need you to understand, Emily at the time was only 13, we didn’t realize she was sexually active. My husband continues with, “she wasn’t feeling well and she went to go sit on the toilet and push, when a baby fell out of her into the toilet.
Needless to say, my body was completely in shock. I really didn’t know how to help in this situation. Oscar, my husband, then tells me even more to this horrific story. “The father of said child is a person named Neil.”
Ladies, I need you to know that this is going to be very harsh and to be honest I wouldn’t want it any other way, as this shit happens all the dam time.
You see, Emily and her brothers lived in Chicago with their biological mother and her boyfriend. Their biological mother was 32 and her boyfriend was 31. Her boyfriends name is Neil.
You read that shit right… This 31 year old man raped and molested my daughter at the age of 10 until the day she had that baby(3 years).
He is obviously in jail, and his story will be saved for another rant day, PROMISE! There was just something not right about this story! I couldn’t shake the feeling of more people knowing more than what they were leading on!
So, and ladies do not tell me you haven’t become a FBI agent once in your life, but i snooped and asked, and called, and pushed and probed anyone and everyone for details.
Then finally, after Emily, the baby, and her brothers were all living with us and safe, I asked their biological mother what really happened. She sat on the phone with me for 3 hours, about how Emily is a cunt for putting her boyfriend in jail. (Yes this woman really called her kids stupid, bitch, cunt, idiots, worthless, and replaceable. This is the reason I adopted them!)
While I sat on the phone, listening to what God calls a woman, talking shit about my daughter! She explained to me, she was the one that gave her daughter to this man every night so he wouldn’t leave her! She woke up one morning and he was packing to leave and break up with her, and after a few hours of fighting she asked him what do you want, and she would give him anything… He says your daughter!
Now I know how you’re feeling because while on the phone with this woman, I felt it too… WHO THE FUCK IS THIS DUMBO THINK SHE IS… Right?
Cool now that we are on the same page… I say all of this because Emily, my daughter, has been working so hard for straight A’s since she been here, and getting them! She has gone to therapy once a month since she has lived here, and she has accomplish some big goals all along making huge decisions for herself!
So chicas, help me congratulate her on becoming an adult with no arrest record, finishing high school, and ultimately finding herself again…
