Ladies…
We are the worst at making up excuse! WHY? Because we actually have a million things going on in our minds and also daily!
So how do we use those excuses to build a business or loose that 15 lbs without getting distracted?
Lets start with the easy one first… KIDS!!!
I have seven kids and with that comes this sense of no privacy, capability to think alone, or even pee without a kid knocking on the door asking me about food!
Well moms, there is a way to make those dreams turn into goals and accomplish them!
HARD WORK ON TIME MANAGEMENT!
Ugh! I know, I hate this phrase too…
So we will call it the mom puzzle, because some how we have to fit all the pieces together in one day and make it look pretty!
I used to be a stay at home mom, so for the moms that work, hold on real quick while we get to the moms at home.
When the little ones are taking a nap, you will want to sit down and pop on Netflix to catch up on a show or movie. Before you do, I want you to take 15 minutes and do something you normally wouldn’t but will help your goals.
For example, if you are wanting to loose 15 lbs, pop on your work out video(no it doesnt have to be long, just a 15 minute workout) and sweat a little before you take a seat to enjoy your snack and movie(personal time)!
Now working moms, this was hard for me to get into a routine after going back to work!
So, when the kids go to bed at night(if its earlier than you) start going to bed at the same time.
Wake up an hour early to do these following things:
15 minutes to do something you normally wouldn’t do but will help your goals, 45 minutes extra to make yourself feel fabulous for work.
For example, if you want that promotion at work and they are watching you like crazy, but you are so qualified, make sure to not only look the part but feel like the boss bitch you are!!!
Okay girlfriends, its easier said than done, I get it! Set the alarms in your phone for everything. I have 24 alarms for the weekends and 33 alarms for the weekdays…
